Bern Brentwood Bike Helmet with Zip Mold Foam
The Brentwood Zip Mold Bike Helmet from Bern features patent-pending liquid injected high impact foam technology with a tough polycarbonate shell to keep your head safe in all sports. It's polished, seamless, tapered Sink Fit design provides high strength to weight ratio and gives you a thinner, lighter, and lower profile helmet.
With 8 Vents and Dual Air Channels to pull air through front vents and allow air to exit through the back vents, sweat will be wicked away keeping your head cool.
Molded eyewear channels give you comfortable fit while wearing any type of eye glasses and twin goggle clip locations allow for a customized fit.
The Patent Pending snap-in clip system for cold and warm weather liner integration is standard on all Zip Mold models making this helmet suitable for use in all weather conditions.
Zipmold helmets meet ASTM F 2040, CPSC, and EN 1078 standards for bike and skate.

Zip Mold Foam is a patent pending Liquid Injected Foam which fuses high-impact foam to a tough polycarbonate shell. The resulting construction provides lighter weight without diminishing impact resistance.

- Wired high fidelity audio system integrated into cold weather knit (available in adult models only).
The Bern 8 Tracks Audio Earphones incorporated into the optional Snap-in Cold Weather Helmet Liner gives you DJ style headphone speakers and volume control right in the helmet and is compatible with all audio devices.
Eyewear Channel
- Molded eyewear channels for comfortable fit (available in all ZipMold models)
Eyewear channels allow you to wear almost all eye protection, shades, or glasses to fit comfortably without pressing against the sides of your head.
Channeled Air-Flow
- Air channels that pull air through front vents and allow air to exit through back vents (available in all ZipMold models)

Twin Clip
- Two goggle clip locations for custom fit (standard on all models)
The removable/customizable Twin Clip Technology with two Goggle Clip locations screws into the back of your Bern Helmet to keep your goggle strap from slipping around when you're skiing or snowboarding in the winter. Once the season is over, you can simply unscrew to remove it for use in the summer.
