The telescoping design of the Pocket XShot minimizes to a compact, pocket sized 6.5" (16.5cm) and is built with a comfortable, non-slip grip, reducing the chance of slippage. Equipped with a quick spin knob for fast and secure camera mounting, the Pocket XShot Camera Extender connects directly to your camera's universal 1/4"-20 thread tripod, without the need of tools. The adapter rotates 180 degrees and locks with a thumb screw once you've reached your desired position, allowing you to maximize the angles of your shots. Fitting all compact cameras not exceeding 1.25 lb (570g) the Pocket XShot is fun and easy to use, giving you the freedom to snap unique stills and video, without relying on the kindness of strangers. Nice and easy to store in your backpack as it retracts to be quite small, much easier than carrying a non-retractable pole. When extended though the pole is quite flimsy, It broke the first day i used it. Not well suited for action sports. (Posted on 4/11/12)

I could have used the X-shot when taking pics of myeslf. I love to take pics of myeslf but my arm just isn't long enough! So all of my pictures are close ups. (Posted on 3/28/12)

Been looking for a decent poll mount for my Contour Roam when I stumbled upon these "self shot" tele poles. After researching all the different ones offered, plus trying to make my own, I ordered the XShot. Awesome! More solid than expected, secure mount, and very adjustable. Seriously impressed.
