This flat glass lens fixes the underwater focus/blurry problem caused by the original GoPro HD HERO curved lens. With the flat lens the GoPro camera can take crisp high definition underwater video. The flat lens is a drop-in replacement for the original GoPro housing curved lens with a depth rating of up to 180ft.

The lens is made of glass set in an anodized aluminum frame.

To install the flat lens, simply remove the screws of the black plastic bezel with a precision Phillips screwdriver, remove the bezel and set it aside. Take out the curved lens and separate the black o-ring from the lens and place it back in the housing. Put the flat lens on top of the o-ring, no sealant or glue is needed. Replace the bezel lining up the holes and tighten the bezel screws in a crisscross pattern. Be careful not over tighten the bezel screws as this may compress the rubber o-ring too much, making it expand into the field of view of the camera.

Note: Be sure to test your housing at desired depth before using it with a camera. GoPro warranty does not protect against water leakage when replacing the lens as it is an end user product assembly.

The RAM Motorcycle and Bike Handlebar mount kit contains a 1" rubber ball designed to sit at right angles to the mounting rail. The two zinc coated metal u-bolts securely mounts your POV Camera with a 1/4"-20 thread Tripod connector to any bar from 0.75" to 1.25" in diameter.

Colors underwater are not as vibrant as above water because of the filtering effect of natural light wavelengths by water. Warm colors such as red, orange, and yellow are diminished within a few meters under water and change dramatically as you go deeper. Filters help the digital camera color correct for this effect and bring out true colors.

These underwater lens filters are designed to bring out the colors underwater from slightly below the surface to a maximum of 25ft/6m. Once you get to below 25ft/6m, you will need to take off the filter and turn on your side lights to capture any color. The filters are also wet mountable which means you can take the filter off and put it on under water. The filter can be snapped onto the large cap for storage during the dive or be snapped onto the front of the camera lens while underwater.

The RODE VideoMic Pro is a true shotgun microphone designed for use with POV cameras with mic-input, smartphones, handheld camcorders, DSLR cameras and portable audio recorders as a source of primary and reference audio.

At the heart of the Video Microphone Pro is a high resolution 1/2" condenser capsule that provides broadcast quality audio via a 3.5mm minijack connector (outputting the mono signal to both left and right channels). A super-cardioid polar pattern ensures that surrounding audio is minimised, and your recording is focused on the subject in front of the camera.

An innovative suspension system separates the VideoMic Pro capsule and electronics from its mount, providing isolation from external physical factors that may cause unwanted rumble and vibrations in the microphone. A lightweight and flexible yet robust multi-strand cable provides significantly lower noise transference than traditional audio cable while ensuring a high definition signal.

Easily accessible on the rear face of the microphone are the power, filter and level controls. In addition to the microphone's native 40Hz-20kHz response a selectable high-pass filter at 80Hz is available, which will prevent low end noise such as air conditioners and traffic from being recorded.

Below these controls are the level settings, which attenuate or boost the recorded level as required. The -10dB level attenuation (or PAD) is ideal for recording loud sound sources, such as live music, motorsport, or interviews where the subject is very close to the camera. The +20dB level boost is designed for use with DSLR cameras such as the Canon 5DMkII, Canon 7D, Canon 1D, Canon 550D/T2i, Canon 60D, Nikon D7000, Nikon D5100, Panasonic GH1 and Panasonic GH2. This boost in the microphone output allows the user to reduce the camera's preamp level (or mic-input level), effectively reducing the amount of noise generated by the camera's comparatively low quality audio circuitry.

The microphone uses a standard sized shoe mount for on camera use, and features a 3/8" thread in the base of the mount for easy boom pole mounting. Note that cameras with proprietary shoe mounts will require an adaptor or alternative mounting solution.

The VideoMic Pro is battery powered, and provides over 70 hours recording from a single 9V battery.

There are many factors that must be considered, such as:

The 3D MultiSlate has a ton of useful features. It provides a 3D calibration and alignment chart by DSCLabs. It features an absolute center cross, as well as focus fans for best focus when zoomed in. It also has vertical and horizontal alignment references, including rotational offset alignment. The words RIGHT and LEFT are written on the proper sides to frame up the word with the camera to test all monitor feeds getting proper signal (Right Camera framed to see Center of chart and RIGHT Left Camera framed to see Center of chart and LEFT).
