Only works with quick charge cable Review by JB
Rating My only beef is that you cannot use a standard USB cable with this....only the green non-data cable they supply. This is not mentioned. Much confusion could be eliminated by stating this. All other AC-USB chargers do it, use USB data for charging....not this one. It will power any other device using a USB data cable, except their own camera. So, the only way to get a slow charge is through a computer. (Posted on 5/8/13)

Rating I have used the case many times in the pool, the river, the lake and the ocean and had great luck with this case. Easy to turn on with a push of the button on the back and the slide's magnetic device is easy to use to start recording. Great product. (Posted on 4/14/13)

Rating Will not work the record button.You must turn the camera on and the record before putting in the case.Then you must stop and remove to shut off recording etc when you stop.Then do it all again before moving on again.Repeat as needed when you stop for a break.May be water proof but haven't tested as yet. Great mount that's easily adjustable Review by Brian D
Rating I do not agree with previous post. I have a Burton Theory helmet and had no issues having the 3M Base for the Contour 360 Mount staying put. I used my Contour mounted on the 360 mount for 20+ days of snowboarding and the base is still going strong. I just recently purchased another base to use on my Fox Flux MTB helmet and have no problems with it staying put on that helmet either. The base has flexible fingers that work well on rounded surfaces. I simply followed the instructions supplied with base.
The 360 mount is ideal for shifting your camera angles around on the fly. I've found the mechanism that clasps the base to the mount to be easily opened and closed while the helmet is still on my head. Pair that with the Contour App on my iPhone and I can view camera angles to make sure it is alligned appropriately.
I really like how you can purchase more base mounts and use the 360 mount on different things.
The only complaint I could give would be the height, which only is noticeable when the foot rests on lifts are used or low branches on the trails. I would still recommend based on that complaint, because once you're used to it, you adjust accordingly. (Posted on 8/10/12)

Great water proof case Review by Cory S
Rating I was looking for a water proof case for my Contour HD.. I couldn't find one locally, MEC has this Contour + for a very good price. I bought it and found that the on off button doesn't work with my HD and the switch on top wasnt quite right. Well I figured out that turning the record magnet 180o and it works like a charm. I'm not too concerned about the On and Off function right now. Maybe I'll have to upgrade to a new Contour cam.

Rating skip the go pro i love this thing. had a go pro hd hero2. this thing works better looks better, mounts better. has gps and i Can line up my shots and change settings right from my cell phone. hope it goes down in price i will buy a couple more for different angles!!! (Posted on 7/28/12)
